Refund policy

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or item of equal value.

 

To request an exchange, email roughrealityclothing2024@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. The customer covers return shipping on exchanges; we ship the replacement free.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost.
